Schadenfreude:The emotional experience of pleasure in response to another's misfortune. Schadenfreude is a German word that combines Schaden, which means “damage,” and Freude, which means “joy.” The concept is common to people across cultures, but some languages do have comparable words.3 Jun 2024

My parents divorced when I was either 7 or 8 I don’t remember it was over 12 years ago I am 21 for reference. Originally I was upset but I understood something happened and when I realised it had nothing to do with me I got over it at 14 I asked why the divorce happened my dad cheated and I thought ok she was right to divorce him. If your parents are divorcing or divorced just know 1. It’s not your fault 2. Not your problem 3. Your parents have their reasons 4. If you have a good parent then they will encourage you to continue having a relationship with the parent who caused the divorce. My mum always encouraged me to have a relationship with my dad, I don’t have a great relationship with my dad but I have my reasons beyond the divorce because it hasn’t got anything to do with me.

My parents separated when i was 5. I remember painfully sobbing as a very young child having to leave my mum for three weeks when my dad took us on holiday with my step mum. I used to take a small passport photo of her and spray my teddy with her perfume because id miss her so much. I remember wanting to stand up and scream NO when my dad married my step mum (i was only 8). I remember feeling torn between 2 houses and thinking what did I do to have to put up with this extreme inconvenience. Not to mention all the times I missed out socially because I had to 'go to my dads.' The feelings of anger, frustration, disappointment, pain, sadness have followed me all through my life. Even though as an adult i have "got over it" in a way I dont think I ever will. Its a part of me and has shaped how I feel about life. Looking back I was disturbed by some very big deep emotions due to misbehaving adults that were nothing to do with me but that I had to deal with.

I think I've always been gordy as I got older I got less shy but my anger towards the world never changed. I always watch TV and wondered why can't I have parents like these guys have. My parents aren't really the happiest people to be around and it honestly every time I talk to him about my future it just makes me extremely depressed. Overtime I tried to fight back but I never could at this point in time I'm just resorted into keeping quiet please I feel that I can ever change my future I will always have to become what everyone else wants me to come and be the person what everyone else wants me to be. I'm a man so I had to act like a man Even though psychologically I feel more like a woman and I'd rather be a woman. I feel once I have to tell my father that I'm trans he will definitely disown me

He had a terrible childhood he was beaten, his dad would practice those kids with a belt in his hand, Latoya and his sister Rebbie were sexually abused by the dad. The dad would tell him he was ugly and the public wanted to keep him young, which led to body image issues. They say he was chemically castrated but I’m unsure about that. He also talked about when he had to share a room with his brothers, because of this he had a very hard time with regards to sex. I don’t believe MJ was a bad man but I think that there was inappropriate things that went on. It’s inappropriate for a 40 year old man to sleep in the same bed with kids. I’m not sure I’m just not sure

I was diagnosed a couple decades ago so it’s changed now- ASPD (wow it just gets more watered down every DSM, it’s not even named under this anymore it’s just all that’s left). I think it has value- certainly the CBT my therapist back then engaged with worked well. I also think that this was more due to his skill & the respect I still grant him which is more than anyone else on the planet (and I haven’t seen him since 08) and my specific motivation and chosen guidelines of interaction with others. I’d still say to anyone who thinks they are actually around someone like me that it is not in your best interest to try to befriend us- and we are never going to see it as something to get rid of or cure… so trying to “cure” us if we haven’t mellowed with age as seems to happen it will at best get you ignored and more likely place yourself adversarially to the person with aspd. All that said- yes the DSM is a joke. My specific diagnosis can best be described as the ghost of a thing that might be called the result of an attempt to apply the scientific method to unreliable “second hand eye witness” assertions and improperly assessed control/bias parameters which result in people romanticizing something that 20 years ago would have been quite fun for me and as long as you didn’t make it physical would probably not be physically harmful to you but would otherwise change your outlook on other people for the negative. That’s aside from the “responsibility thing” that we somehow must have more of than anyone or it’s part of the checklist to be diagnosed. I say that because I am to be responsible for how my behavior affects ME- but I’m also supposed to take responsibility for you, that dude, and that one over there? What happened to being responsible for yourself? My behavior negatively impacted you? Did you have the option to disengage? I am certain I offered it more than once- if you get hurt that sounds like a you problem. Why is it a me problem suddenly just because “well that makes me feel a bit somber” isn’t a reason for me to not do something? Feelings are a narcotic- a luxury that should rarely be indulged and will blind you cognitively. The field of mental health is needed- but the physical stuff that the scientific method can actually be properly applied to is still rather limited. If you cannot measure it but instead rely on the patients assessment of their own mental stuff in whatever manner they manage to verbalize it then you cannot call it scientific- it is more science than astrology for sure but it’s more anecdotal than science. Astrology has thousands of years more anecdotal history than psychology so in that regard it just means Psychology is the wee child who will grow to a real scientific discipline eventually but currently is treated like a young adult while steel wearing diapers. The DSM exists for insurance companies and pay disbursements. Nitpick the wording how you want, if you don’t believe that you aren’t someone who sees patients and takes insurance. Anyone know of any programs involving aspd research that needs diagnosed individuals who are willing to let them do the fiddling with our brains? Using neurotypicals as mirrors for myself to learn and change is becoming infeasible & there’s not a chance in the world I am going to interact with someone like me outside of a controlled environment.

I feel like I'm constantly living the "teen coming of age story" as a natural part of my lifestyle, seeing the world and outright rejecting the "settle down somewhere" mentality. Ironically, part of that will be seeing the filming locations for this film in a few weeks, as part of my journey between Washington and California for my summer job (cutting right through Castle Rock, Oregon (now known as Brownsville) and also the rails utilised in the film. One set is a bike trail, the other is just abandoned).

PART 1: In the second case: Attorney Larry Feldman, the civil attorney representing not only the Chandlers in 1993, but also the Arvizos in 2003, (weird). The Arvizos went to see not one, but two civil lawyers shortly after they were kicked out of Neverland in March 2003. One of those lawyers was Larry Feldman, the same lawyer who negotiated a $15 million settlement. dollars for the Chandlers in 1993. Keep in mind that they went to Feldman before Gavin made sexual assault accusations against anyone. Then, surprise, he began making sexual assault accusations against Jackson after they had already hired Feldman, and after Feldman had made a fee-sharing agreement with the Arvizos' other lawyer, William Dickerman. The Arvizos, however, had a big problem with the Chandlers: the California law that allowed the Chandlers to push the civil trial ahead of the criminal trial in 1993-1994 and thus pressure Jackson for a financial settlement, had been changed. Since. (To understand this issue, please read our article on the Chandler settlement.) This meant that the Arvizos could not use the same strategy as the Chandlers in 1993 and could not file a civil lawsuit against Jackson before going to trial criminal. They had no choice but to start a criminal trial first. And if they had won the criminal trial, that could have been used to secure an automatic victory for them in civil court, as Feldman explained in his testimony in 2005. In theory, the Arvizos could have filed a civil suit after the criminal trial, but their case collapsed so much during the criminal trial and their credibility was so destroyed, that doing so would probably have been a futile maneuver for them. In fact, just two months after Jackson's acquittal, the accuser's mother, Janet Arvizo, was indicted on five counts of welfare fraud - based in part on information that emerged. emerged during Jackson's trial. (For more details, see this article, the chapter “Welfare Fraud.”) She pleaded “no contest” and was ultimately ordered to pay a fine and do community service time. They also tried to get money from the deal in other ways. We learn from Larry Feldman's 2005 testimony that in 2004 he filed a claim on behalf of the Arvizos with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, seeking damages, because that the February 20, 2003 DCFS report was released to the public. If you look deeper into this affair and study it in its entirety, you will see that the Arvizos were anything but disinterested in money. Evidence and a series of testimonies showed that they had a history of manipulative behavior and extortion. Michael walked out free and innocent of 10 charges in 2005.

PART 2: And coming to the two clowns from leaving neverland. I will tell you the 25 LIES in leaving neverland: Lie nº 1: The respective stories of Robson and Safechuck are similar even though they did not know each other During the promotion of "Leaving Neverland", the director of the film never stopped to emphasize the fact that Wade Robson and James Safechuck have similar stories despite never having met as adults before the film's premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2019. This statement is false because the The resemblance of the two narratives is not a coincidence. Indeed, according to a deposition by Wade Robson in 2016 (that is to say months well before the start of production on the film), James Safechuck and Robson had already met at least once, in early 2014. C t was at this precise moment that James Safechuck joined Wade Robson who was preparing to file a lawsuit against Michael Jackson's estate and companies, a lawsuit involving millions of dollars. From the outset of this case, Robson and Safechuck have been represented by the same attorney. The two were in perfect agreement, so much so that at the beginning of July 2016, by mutual agreement, they decided to dismiss their lawyers, and to change their accusations. Lie #2: “Michael replaced me with Brett Barnes” Robson and Safechuck didn’t stop there. They claimed that other “younger” victims were also abused by Jackson when they themselves grew too old for him. Safechuck recalls an evening in Chicago where he was replaced by Brett Barnes, and spent the night crying alone on the couch. Robson also mentions Barnes as "the little Australian" that Jackson allegedly molested. However, to this day, Barnes continues to defend Jackson, insisting that Jackson never touched him. Barnes and his lawyers even sent a direct letter to the filmmakers and HBO asking them to remove these claims from the film. The letter says: “The strong insinuations that our client Brett Barnes was sexually molested by one of his best friends are outrageous. The very fact that no one has attempted to contact Mr. Barnes to ask his opinion on the matter is pitiful. To put it simply, Mr. Barnes wants nothing to do with this film and does not consent to the use of his image or anything similar to it. He just wants to be left alone.” In May 2013, upon the announcement of a lawsuit against Jackson's estate, Bret Barnes wrote on Twitter: "I want people to realize that in the last moments of a life, all the money in the world cannot will be of no help. Have a clear conscience, yes.” Lie #3: "Michael replaced me with young Macaulay Culkin." Robson also claims he was replaced by a younger boy, "I Missed the Plane" actor Macaulay Culkin. Robson says that by the time he and his mother moved to the United States, Michael's attitude had completely changed. He was giving all his attention to Macaulay Culkin. But Culkin is actually two years older than Robson. years and continues to this day to deny Robson's accusations for years After "Leaving Neverland", Culkin once again came to Jackson's defense: "Look, I'm going to start by saying a sentence that is reality: he. never did anything to me. I never saw him do anything. And especially in these moments of indignation, I have no reason to hold my tongue. The guy died. If anything had happened - I'm not saying it would be elegant to do so - but this would be a good time to talk about it. And if I had something to say, I totally would have. But no, I never saw anything, he never did anything." Lie #4: Michael kept us apart from each other Robson and Safechuck say Jackson didn't want his alleged victims to know each other and ensured that they were never in the same place at the same time. However, evidence shows that Robson and Safechuck met as children and therefore there was no effort on Michael's part to do so. keep them away from each other There are also dozens of photos and videos showing that the kids who visited Neverland knew each other and spent a lot of time together, including Robson, Safechuck, Barnes, Cascio and even Jordan. Chandler Robson himself testified in 2005 that he spent a night in Neverland with Macaulay Culkin and Chandler Lie #5: The Imaginary Station Safechuck claims that he was abused several times in Neverland Station. He claims that he and Jackson had sex early in their relationship between November 1987 and January 1990. He says: "In the station there was a room upstairs that we had sex in. used to having sex. We had it every day. It sounds crazy, but it's kind of like when a couple starts dating. The first few times, we do it all the time.” According to Safechuck, the last time he was allegedly abused was in 1992, at the age of 14, considered too old for Jackson. Except that a few weeks after the broadcast of "Leaving Neverland", the story of the station lost all credibility: It turns out that the famous station did not even exist at the time of the alleged events. On the building permit, it is recorded that the authorization was only issued in September 1993, the work ended in winter 1994, therefore at least 4 years after the period cited by Safechuck.

    • @mayolivia1403
      @mayolivia1403 2 месяца назад

PART 3: Lie #6: The Invisible Castle James Safechuck mentions another place in which he was allegedly abused: Neverland Castle and the arcades, "in little beds." But 3 people working at Neverland at that time completely denied these claims. First, the maintenance manager, Alan Scanlan. He declares that there have never been any beds there. Brad Sundberg, Neverland's sound engineer confirms this fact: no bed in the castle which was surrounded by windows. In 2013, Neverland guide and development manager Rob Swinson described the castle as follows in an interview: "There was a television in the corner, and nothing else." Another inconsistency is that the castle did not exist at the time mentioned either, and construction was only completed in 1991. Lie No. 7: False burned objects The film "Leaving Neverland" ends with a dramatic scene in in which Robson is seen setting fire to items he supposedly received from Jackson as gifts over the years. These objects are actually fakes. It was later discovered that Robson auctioned the original items on the auction site Julien's Auction in 2011. None of the burned items appearing in the film originally belonged to Jackson (a copy of the album Thriller 25, a replica of Billie Jean's glove, the Michael Jackson Opus). Robson put the real items up for sale for a whopping $100,000 months before he realized he had been “deceived.” In February 2019, Julien’s Auction confirmed that Roson had indeed sold his valuable items. He states that "he needed the money." Interestingly, Julien's Auction also states that Robson tried to sell his items anonymously but they refused. The original gloves and MJ's hat were also sold in 2011 by Robson. “Wade sent his collection directly to us, he was the one we paid when he sold his collection, he needed the money” Julien's Auction, Twitter. Wade asked to remain anonymous, he didn't want it to be known that he was the one selling these items in 2011. But we refused and named these items "Wade Robson Collection". He consigned several items, and requested that all valuable items be sold." Julien's Auctions, Twitter. Original Michael Jackson gloves and hat sold by Wade Robson in 2011 Lie #8: Joy Robson got rid of anything with a connection to Jackson Joy Robson says she got rid of anything with a connection to Michael Jackson as soon as Wade told her about the abuse in 2012. However, in "Leaving Neverland" (filmed in 2017) , Joy can be seen showing up with photos, tapes, birthday videos and faxes that she clearly never bothered to get rid of. The Robson family continued to sell items belonging to Jackson himself. after launching a lawsuit against Jackson's estate in August 2015, they listed a framed photo of Michael Jackson for $1,100 that read "To Wade, Best Friend in the World." The auction was posted on eBay without revealing the identity of the owner. Part 4: Lie #12: Falsifying Mark Geragos' Statements At one point in the film, we see archival video of one of Jackson's former lawyers giving a press conference in 2003. The purpose of this inclusion is to demonstrate Jackson's so-called intimidation strategy in his aggressive desire to silence victims and prevent them from testifying against him during the 2005 trial. Except that the video, which originally lasts 2 minutes, has been cut down at 15 seconds without giving context. Geragos, who did not represent Jackson at the 2005 trial, was speaking about an entirely different issue, that of the two men who illegally wiretapped Jackson. These two sentences where Geragos mentions these men were simply omitted from the film. In March 2019, Geragos spoke on the scene in question: “This press conference has nothing to do with the accusations. I was speaking directly to the men who wiretapped MJ, were charged and pleaded guilty. They were sent to federal prison. Thanks for warning me, it gives me reason to take legal action” Geragos Twitter. In response to this tweet: “One of the worst people in the Jackson case is @markgerados, who should apologize for harassing and discouraging other children from speaking out.”

Lie #13: The subpoena that never happened Robson claims he didn't want to testify on Jackson's behalf in 2005, but was forced to do so after receiving a subpoena . When asked about it in 2016, Robson said he remembered receiving a subpoena, although he no longer remembers when or where it took place, or if anyone was with him. Robson never presented the subpoena in court and provided no evidence that he was ever subpoenaed. According to Scott Ross, the defense investigator during the Jackson trial in 2005, no subpoena was ever made to Robson: "As for getting anyone to testify, I would like Wade Robson to show me the subpoena which he never received. I just called him and said: Listen, we need you to come here on such and such a day. I was in regular communication with his sister, who testified; "Was in regular communication with his mother, who testified to these allegations...I'm trying not to say it, but the level of stupidity, the level of absurdity of that statement is crazy" Jackson's lawyer in 2005. , Thomas Mesereau, said he had never heard of a subpoena addressed to Robson by a member of his team: "[Robson's claim] shocks me [...] Him, his mother and his sister all came to Neverland ready to willingly support Michael Jackson in and out of the courtroom And that's what they did” Lie #14: The Phone Call No One Made. past James Safechuck claims that "towards the end of the trial" attempts were made to force him to testify on Jackson's behalf. He says Jackson and his personal assistant Evvy Tavasci called him and begged him to testify, and when he refused to do so, Jackson became angry and "threatened" him. In fact, James Safechuck's testimony had no weight in the 2005 trial; it was never necessary to have him testify. On March 28, 2005, Judge Rodney Melville had already ruled that "the evidence regarding Jimmy Safechuck would not be admitted." Early in the trial, the court ruled that James Safechuck was a "non-entity" because there were no allegations against him, no witnesses, and because Safechuck himself had testified under oath that he had never been attacked. Therefore, the defense had no reason to call Safechuck to the stand and he was not on the witness list, not even as a character witness. "James Safechuck had nothing to do with the trial, other than maybe watching it on TV, that's the closest connection he had to this trial," Ross says. He also emphasizes that Jackson or his assistant were never in contact with the witnesses and that it was exclusively his responsibility. Lie No. 15: The Grammy Awards In his civil lawsuit against Jackson's estate and companies, Safechuck claims that Jackson took him to New York to attend his performance at the Grammy Awards in February 1989. According to his complaint , he was alone with Jackson on this trip and "repeated sexual abuse allegedly occurred." Problem is, Jackson didn't even attend the 1989 Grammys, which took place in Los Angeles. This is not just a minor chronological error. Jackson performed at the 1988 Grammys, and James and his mother accompanied him on that trip to New York. According to Safechuck's own complaint, at the time of their trip in 1988, his mother did not allow him to sleep in Jackson's room and he spent the night in a separate room, with his mother. “Repeated abuse” could not have happened on this trip. Safechuck himself claims that this sexual abuse began in June 1988, in a hotel room in Paris. Lie #16: In the open Although he portrays Jackson as a paranoid and very cautious attacker who would go to great lengths not to get caught, James Safechuck claims that he was attacked in every possible place - and impossible - from Neverland. Among them, open-air places accessible for all to see. Safechuck claims he was assaulted in the Neverland pool. However, the Neverland pool was located in a central area that any visitor or employee could see from a distance. Additionally, the pool was surrounded by surveillance and security cameras, and Santa Barbara guards kept an eye on it 24/7. James Safechuck says he and Jackson were once almost caught in the act by his mother: "The movie theater had these two private rooms, it had big picture windows so you could see the theater, and so we did the love in those rooms. It was a little dangerous, but it was also quite exciting." James' mother, Stephanie, corroborated his story by dramatically describing how one night she tried to enter the movie theater when Jackson was there with her son, but the doors were locked from the inside. interior. This scenario turns out to be impossible: the Neverland theater doors had emergency exit devices (also known as crash bars) and could not be locked from the inside. According to Alan Scanlan, who built the Neverland Theater, the doors could only be locked from the outside, and the only key holders were security guards

Part 5: Lie #17: Nicknames The film also discusses the nicknames Jackson gave Robson and Safechuck: Rubba Head, Apple Head and Doo-Doo Head, implying that these names are suggestive and sexual. Former child star Emmanuel Lewis, who was one of Jackson's friends, says he was the one who came up with the name Rubba: "Everyone called everyone Rubba. It didn't mean anything." Indeed, dozens of videos online confirm that Jackson called everyone by these nicknames: his friends, his own children, his nieces, nephews and cousins. "We were the first Rubba, Doo doo and Applehead," wrote Yashi Brown, Jackson's niece, in reaction to the film. "Bye Rubba" - Jackson's Letter to His Nephew Taj Lie #18: Evidence and Supporting Camera In "Leaving Neverland," Robson says Jackson gave him a video camera as a "sexual favor" right after his last alleged abuse at the age of 14: "The next morning, he gave me a new camera, which I could play with. Photo of young Wade Robson at 14 years old at the time of taking But in 2002, Wade told a completely different story about how and when he got this camera: "Even when I first became interested in filmmaking, which was when I was seven years old, even then, it bought a camera, but instead of giving it to me, he passed it to me and said, "Here's a video camera. Take a week, learn how to use it, film some stuff. If you do something interesting, you can keep it, if you mess up, I’ll take it back.” Email correspondence between Wade and his mother, also known as Joy Robson, confirms that Wade obtained his camera on their first trip to the United States at age 7, not in 1996. This correspondence by email dates from October 2012, at the time Robson was writing his book and preparing for his trial. He had exchanged several emails with his mother about all the details of their relationship with Jackson, which he later claimed to have never forgotten. PART 6: Lie #19: Why Robson Testified in Favor of Jackson Since Robson filed his complaint in 2013, he has repeatedly claimed that he "didn't realize he had was abused" and that he "didn't know it was wrong", and that's why he told the court under oath that Jackson had never assaulted him. However, Robson contradicts himself, in the film and in court. At one point during the film, he explains that he decided to testify on Jackson's behalf because he felt bad about his three children and did not want them to lose their father. Robson's concern suggests that he was well aware that such a relationship was inappropriate and reprehensible. In court, he answered specific and explicit questions under oath and said he knew Jackson could end up in prison if convicted. Q. Mr. Jackson kissed you often, didn't he? - A. No. Q. Did he hug you regularly? - Yes indeed. Q. Was he touching you? - A. A hug, yes. It was -- Q. He was putting his hands in your hair? - A. No. Q. Was he touching your head and face? - Oh yeah. Q. Did he ever kiss you on the cheek? - Oh yeah. Q. Did he ever kiss you on the lips? - A. No. As his testimony continued, Robson answered other questions of a similar nature: Q. When you were in bed with Mr. Jackson, did you cuddle? -HAS. No. Q. Did you lie next to each other? -HAS. No. Q. Were you touching yourself? - A. No. Q. Do you consider it would have been inappropriate for him to cuddle you in bed? - A. Sorry? Q. Would you have considered it inappropriate to cuddle in bed? -HAS. No. Robson, 11, says allegations against Jackson are "sick stuff" on 1993 TV. Lie #20: Michael gave the Safechucks a house because they stood up for him "We wanted to buy another house and Michael gave us a loan at a very low rate. My husband had already filed a deposition, we were in Michael's camp, my son was also for Michael, and when everything was ok, Michael canceled the debt Michael said: "No, I don't want you to pay me anymore, it's a gift." So he bought us a house. It's just a coincidence, he didn't buy us, but the timing was right." Stephanie Safechuck insinuated that Jackson got them a new house after testifying. in his favor in 1994. However the actual chronology completely refutes his insinuations. Documents show that James Safechuck's parents asked Jackson if he could help them buy a new home. In May 1992, Jackson agreed to help them and they received a $305,000 fixed loan at a low interest rate. Their agreement stipulated that the Safechucks had to repay the loan. The parties signed the agreement well before Chandler's allegations and two years before Jackson needed anyone to testify on his behalf. Even after the family spoke out, they were asked to repay their loan. The Safechucks continued to ask to extend the repayment period. In June 1997, five years later, Jackson's lawyers moved to forgive the debt the Safechucks had not paid. Debt forgiveness is in no way an attempt to have the charges dropped or to receive support from the Safechucks.

Lie #21: Robson and Safechuck have nothing to gain The film's creators insist on portraying Robson and Safechuck as people who have "no financial interest." Their posthumous lawsuits against Jackson's companies are mentioned very briefly as a minor issue - but that's not the case. “Leaving Neverland” discusses the allegations in the context of a multi-million dollar lawsuit that continues to this day. The film was clearly intended to support their prosecution. It was even used in support of a change in the law [Code of Civil Procedure, Article 340.1], which now allows their case to proceed. Additionally, since "Leaving Neverland" first aired, various documents have revealed Robson and Safechuck's unstable financial and employment situation. Wade Robson continually tried to profit from his relationship with Jackson by selling valuable items, trying to get Jackson-related jobs, and even attempting to sell his book at an exorbitant price months before filing his complaint. Part 7: Lie #22: Stephanie's Dance Stephanie Safechuck said she was in bed when she heard the news of Michael Jackson's sudden death in 2009 (actually reported around 2 p.m. GMT): "J I danced when I found out he was dead. I was lying in bed, the news came and I got out of bed. I exclaimed, ‘Thank God he can’t hurt the children anymore’, those were my thoughts. I was so happy he was dead." But according to his son, he never told anyone about the abuse he had received and did not realize he may have been abused until 'after seeing Wade Robson's interview in 2013, he only told his family about it, so Stephanie could not have known about the alleged abuse four years before James told him about it. : "Michael took us away from our families" Another lie in "Leaving Neverland" is that Jackson separated children from their families so that he could control them According to Neverland employees and various people who worked for Jackson, James Safechuck was still around. accompanied by his parents on visits and trips Jackson's personal assistant, Evvy Tavasci, said in her 2016 deposition that the entire Safechuck family visited Neverland "several times" in the early 1990s, but Jackson did not. was almost never there during their visits, although he was always generous to them. Another Neverland employee, Judi Brisse, tweeted just after the film aired: Joy Robson also contradicts her son's claim. According to her depositions (in 1993 and 2016) and her 2005 testimony, she was at Neverland every time Wade was there (except once in 1993). She also said she never felt like anyone was trying to take her away from Michael's room. According to Joy, her family visited Neverland over 40 to 50 times when Jackson was not there. (Other families who befriended Jackson over the years always claimed that he spent time with the whole family - siblings, parents and other family members.) Lie #24: Neverland, the Place Too Good to Leave The film focuses on Robson and Safechuck's traumatic experiences at Neverland, Michael Jackson's famous ranch. But until their trials, Neverland was nothing less than "wonderful" and "sacred land" in their eyes. Over the years, Robson and Safechuck continually returned to Neverland, whether Jackson was there or not. According to Robson's testimony, he and his family visited there at least 40 times while Jackson was away. When asked about Neverland in interviews, Robson enthuses: "It's like Disneyland, it's the best thing in the world!" In 2008, Wade and his wife Amanda filmed a movie in Neverland and thanked Jackson in the credits: "We would like to thank MJ for allowing us to use his sacred land." James Safechuck also filmed a video in Neverland. In fact, most of the photos that appear in "Leaving Neverland" were photos taken by Safechuck while filming his movie in 1996. Robson loved Neverland so much that he decided to get married there with Amanda. He requested that the wedding ceremony take place there, in Jackson's house. In March 2019, Jackson's personal assistant and nanny, Grace Rwaramba, revealed Robson's bizarre request in the middle of Jackson's 2005 trial. Rwaramba recalled: "I remember responding sternly, 'Are you waiting- Are you serious about me asking Michael, right now, during the trial, if you can use the ranch for Wade's wedding?' […] Why would someone who claims to have been abused for over seven years want one of the most sacred events of their life to take place on the same property where the abuse allegedly took place? » Lie #25: "Nothing has surfaced that calls into question what they said" If you've made it this far, this lie should be pretty obvious. "Leaving Neverland" director Dan Reed defended his film's many flaws and said his research was nothing less than perfect: "Nothing has come up that casts any doubt on what they are told me and what's in the movie We don't just talk to you once. We talk to you again and again and again We spend time with you. whatever made me suspect that they were anything but truthful." In reality, Dan Reed insisted on only talking to the Robsons, the Safechucks, and "prosecutor's investigators" about the 2005 case, and that was that. He has completely ignored children who have different stories to tell (including Culkin and Barnes, who he falsely portrayed as victims), he has refused to speak to the Jackson family, to defense attorneys, to workers at Neverland and anyone who could validate the story from Jackson's point of view. Reed has not even studied Robson and Safechuck's own statements and depositions in their ongoing cases against the Jackson Companies, which are readily available to anyone who wishes to conduct a proper investigation. All of the above factors would have resulted in a completely different result, a professional, factual and perhaps more balanced documentary.

I absolutely believe these two men. I find it interesting that james was older when the abuse began and lasted a short amount of time and seems more effected in a lot of ways. I think James is more transparent and wade operates a little more from his intellect. In regards to the mccaulay culkin comments I think michael would not abuse kids in the industry because one they can afford better lawyers as well as to perserve his reputation in the industry.

If Robson was "abused" by MJ, why would the lawyers and MJ have risked making Robson the first witness at the 2005 trial. Robson could very well fail the cross-examination of the prosecutors. And one more question for this psychologist Why do you believe W Robson and J Safechuck? Do you have a certain pattern for sexual aggressors? Did you listen to MJ? Even if he is deceased, you can search his interviews and read his book moonwalk. This book appeared before the accusations, but it is like his diary. So, psychologist, before you accuse MJ, first get to know him and please don't turn into a judge.

Hughes became a recluse because he was accused of whitewashing all the jewish actors in his movies to look/act as "typical white american teens/adults". Ringwald and Hall, Candy were about the only non jews in his teen movies. Maybe he saw the overrepresentation even back in the 80's. And Hughes grew up in Highland Park, a majority jewish town, not white. Your just another propagandist.

It was proven he had Vitiligo when the doctors did his autopsy and none of you knew that fact. So many people in the industry said Michael was the one of the good ones, he kept kids away from the TRUE pedophiles! Which would make sense why he created Neverland. It was an oasis for survivors including child stars who suffered. Literally every celebrity he came across has confirmed this. I don’t understand why we can just follow the facts and not speculation. If we’re talking about psychology this makes absolute sense why he made it his mission that people stay connected to their true divine inner child. It’s not that hard to understand.

Either the patient or their insurance will pay, so whats the incentive to actually treat instead of give the run around? Its an entirely objective pseudo science with massive ammounts of noted fraud. Psychiatrists more often than not are more deserving of the label of "criminal". Most live with no shame despite their ignorant and destructive methods. Cannot overstate the damage done.

I was around 9 when my parents got divorced and never seen my dad again. (Except for once) he would call me once in a blue moon But that was about it. I’m 35 now. My dad was abusive to my mom. Physically and he would hit her in front of me so I was extremely happy when they got divorced. I did struggle with drugs and things like that but i don’t think that had to do with my parents divorce because I was happy and felt finally safe. I am happy and healthy now so.. I think divorce is the better option even if it messes the kid up down the road because the other option is even worse.
